Page count is not a promise of unlimited custom functionality. We agree the work before starting.

Let’s clear
a few things up.
Is the website really $950 regardless of page count?
Yes. The offer is NZ$950 + GST for a fully finished website, regardless of page count. It includes client research and interviewing, plus one round of changes after the initial reveal. Hosting and optional extras are listed separately.
What is separate from the website price?
Hosting is NZ$29 + GST per month. Email hosting is excluded and costs extra. Optional ecommerce and booking systems are listed below. Calculators and custom functionality are quoted separately.
Does the ecommerce price cover everything?
The agency add-on is NZ$55 per month extra for Ecwid ecommerce. GST treatment needs confirmation. The applicable plan, product limits, integrations and payment fees must be agreed. This is our agency add-on. The applicable Ecwid plan and charges are agreed before setup.
How do the change rounds work?
One round of changes after the initial reveal is included in the NZ$950 + GST website price. Further change rounds are NZ$55 + GST each. We correct our mistakes at no extra charge; those corrections do not use your included round or count as paid change rounds.
What does research and interviewing contribute?
We get to understand your customers, what triggers an enquiry, their concerns and the messages they need to hear. Susan’s interviews help us make the website more relevant to the people choosing your business.
What about migration and integrations?
We’ll agree migration, integrations and fair scope before an engagement, alongside any third-party or email fees. Calculators and custom functionality are quoted separately.
Can I keep my existing domain and email?
Tell us what you use now. We’ll review what needs to move, what should stay and who has access before a launch plan is agreed. Email hosting is a separate service.
